I got Lazy...

I made a couple of hundred quid today. I would love to say I was solid trading all day, but I can't. I backed Smokey Rye. I thought it would win and that it was great price, so I backed it. It was an early race so I was well up. I did trade out in running at 1.1 but that was the only trading done today.

I had so much work to do, primarily for Saturday's National so thats what I did for the rest of the day, which will appear in The Yorkshire Evening Post on Friday. I reckon I have found the winner and a decent each way price one for you! More on that later this week.

Barry Robson's service has had a good take up after the 5/1 and 6/1 winners over the weekend on the trial. If you want to join click HERE.

Busy old day and a good one. I got loads of comments about yesterday's piece, I was a bit fed up with this Country and it looks like she will survive. If it was not her husband who she employs with tax dollars the perv researcher would have been sacked. The perv hubby though gets away with it. We really have slid way down the slope haven't we.

Well done to Alan Mccabe on his 100 winners. A nice guy and clearly a good trainer. Well done sir! He has not been training all that long and has established a reputation and the stats don't lie. I also think he is dead straight in his dealings with the press and public. Well deserved and I hope there are many more to come. Although he is Irish he trains in Yorkshire so its all the sweeter to see! Alan was the first to say its a team effort. Well done all at the Mccable yard!
